In terms of personal requirements, you only need to speak English or have someone available to translate my introduction into your native language in order to understand my lessons. Sadly, it’s the only language in which I’m fluent.  

In terms of technology, all you need is access to a computer or even just a phone. All of the videos in the course are accessible via any platform on any computer and are also rendered beautifully for the phone.

It depends on how long you want it to take! The actual videos take about 10 hours to watch, but the work between videos is entirely up to you.
