If you’ve spent any time in our community, you know how much we value authenticity, vulnerability, and courage — the kind that turns ordinary moments into unforgettable stories.

Heather embodies all of that.

A longtime mentee of Matthew Dicks and now a passionate mentor herself, Heather has built a life around creativity, curiosity, and connection. From running her own from-scratch cafe and bakery (yes, the chocolate chip cookies were legendary) to hosting women’s mindfulness masterminds, she’s spent her career helping people turn chaos into clarity — and stories into meaning.

But her true home is storytelling. Heather helps storytellers and entrepreneurs find their voice, quiet the noise, and craft narratives that captivate, connect, and inspire. Her approach blends mindfulness, humor, and practical coaching to make storytelling feel less like performance — and more like coming home to yourself.

She’s shared stories on stages like The Moth and Speak Up, and now she’s bringing her experience, warmth, and insight to the Storyworthy community.

Heather will be hosting our new live series , a supportive space to share your story out loud, build confidence, and grow as a storyteller.
